3-Essential Stationery Stages

Pre-Wedding Stationery

SAVE THE DATE – Optional – destination weddings, overseas/out of town guests, holiday weekends or if there is limited accommodation.

INVITATION – A Must – gives your guests the date, time and place of your wedding.

RSVP/REPLY CARDS – Optional – helps keep track of who is coming and any special requirements (dietary, transportation, etc.).

Wedding Day Stationery

PROGRAMS – Optional – order of events, religious customs, wedding/bridal party, and is an opportunity to pre-thank your guest for coming.

ESCORT CARDS – A Must/Optional – a trend that helps guests know what table number; however, it does not indicate which seat.

SEATING PLAN – A Must /Optional – helps your guests find where they are seated.

PLACE CARDS – A Must /Optional – assists guests locating their seats.

MENU CARDS – Optional – informs your guests about meal choices.  You may include your Toast List on your Menu Cards.

FAVOUR TAGS – Optional – separates gifts (the ladies and gentlemen) or individual guest’s names for beautiful gifts at their plate setting.

Post-Wedding Stationery

THANK YOU CARDS – A Must – very important to “Thank” your guests for attending and for any gifts you have received.
